For this project I was asked to complete a Heuristic Evaluation with and combine it with recommendations and design mockups of these recommendations.
This tool is meant to assist patients with assessing Medicare healthcare plans to find the best fit for their needs. Feedback indicated that this tool was hard to use and understand where to go and for what purpose. While a healthcare professional assists patients with navigating through the tool, there is a need to quickly and efficiently work through the tool while receiving as much information as possible about the full details of each plan.
